If you are considering replacing your furnace or air conditioner, you might want to do it before June 2017. Currently, there are government rebates available for replacing your old unit(s) with high efficiency systems: $500 on a Furnace (ECM Motor) and $1300 on a Furnace & AC. These same systems will not qualify after June of this year. *
There are other options offered by the Utility, (for Rebates) if you are planning to make your home more energy efficient. These programs require an audit before and after your upgrades are completed. Information is provided below.
